Senior Management
Robert C. Lomison
President and CEO
Robert Lomison is President, Letum, Inc., a Pennsylvania based corporation which owns and operates cemeteries and funeral homes in Louisiana, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and Washington State. He entered the business in 1981, as a memorial counselor in West Chester, PA and held a variety of sales management positions at cemeteries in Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia.
Lomison is a Past President and a member of the Board of Directors, Pennsylvania Cemetery Cremation Funeral Association; member of the Death Care Management Council; International Cemetery Cremation Funeral Association; National Funeral Directors Association; Washington Cemetery and Funeral Association; Louisiana Cemetery Association and New York State Cemetery Association. Presently, is a member of the Finance Committee of the ICCFA. He has been a speaker at numerous cemetery industry trade association meetings and sales seminars.
Lomison is a 1977 graduate of Lock Haven University, Lock Haven, PA. A member of the University Foundation Board of Directors, and has served as chairman of the Long Range Planning and Audit Committee. In 1999, he was awarded the Alumni Service Award by the University. A conference room in the Alumni Center is named in his honor.
He is a Past National President and currently Chairman of the Triangle Trust Fund, Phi Mu Delta National Fraternity. In 1998, was inducted into the Distinguished Service Chapter of the national fraternity.
As a member of the Montoursville Presbyterian Church, he has served on numerous boards and committees. He serves as a volunteer and board member for a variety of community activities and was recognized in 1998 by the South Central Aids Assistance Network for his outstanding contributions.
Craig S. Schwalm
Senior Vice President and COO
Craig is the Chief Operating Officer, and is a member of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for the operations of the Company's cemeteries, funeral homes and crematories. He entered the industry in 1991, as a seasonal groundskeeper during high school.
Craig graduated from Lock Haven University in 1997, with a degree in sociology, and started his career in earnest as a memorial counselor at William Howard Day Cemetery, Steelton, PA. He became Vice President – Operations of Letum, Inc., in 2004, and was promoted to his current position in 2006.
He is a Secretary and Director of the Pennsylvania Cemetery Cremation and Funeral Association, and a member of the New York State Cemetery Association. He is a graduate of the International Cemetery Cremation Funeral Association University.
He and his wife Deanna have two children Gannon and Grant.
Shawn Yakscoe
Vice President of Cremation Options
Shawn L. Yakscoe has vast experience in the Sales & Marketing industry, ranging over 18 years, and his experience serves as a strong benefit to what matters the most providing quality customer service. Shawn brought his vast experience with him when he joined our company in 2007.
He has attended ICCFA University, and has attended multiple ICCFA/PCCFA functions as to gain more insight on various new products/services being introduced throughout the country. He works with location Management to find better ways to educate the community on our various programs, and to enhance programs already in place that our families will cherish forever.
April Remedies
Vice President of Operations: Southern Region
April Remedies is the General Manager of Forest Park Cemeteries and Funeral Home in Shreveport, Louisiana overseeing all aspects of the operations including Administration, Operations and Sales as well as the Vice President of Operations for the Southern Region of Letum, Inc. She is also the Human Resources Director for Letum, Inc., which has locations in New York, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Texas and Washington State. With over 10 years of experience in the cemetery and funeral service profession, she has experience in all facets of the industry and has worked for both corporate and independently owned companies.
April currently serves as the President for the Louisiana Cemetery Association. She also serves as the Secretary for the Southern Cemetery Cremation Funeral Association and the Board of Directors for the International Cemetery Cremation Funeral Association. April is active in her local community and serves on numerous boards and communities. She is the Chairman for the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Women's Business Counsel and volunteers for Junior Achievement. April is a member of the Protective Benevolent Order of the Elks, Lodge #122. She is also a member of the Shreveport Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Matthew Seyler
Controller: Letum Inc.
Matt is the Controller of the Letum Inc. companies, having joined us in June 2009. He is responsible for the cash management and financial functions of the Company.
Matt graduated from Mansfield University in 1996, with a degree in business. After graduating college, Matt spent four years in the United States Air Force as a Munitions Specialist. He received his Certified Public Accountant license in 2005 and has over nine years of experience in the accounting and finance field. Matt is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Matt has two children Sydney and Brady.
Rick Rickabaugh
Executive Assistant & Graphic Designer: Letum Inc.
Rick has been Executive Assistant since March 2009. He is responsible for organizing and scheduling meetings, updating daily and monthly reports, maintaining the company websites, and various other tasks that assist the CEO and the company.
Before moving into his current position, Rick was General/Sales Manager at Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens, one of the cemeteries we operate in Pennsylvania. Rick graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 1998, with a degree in fine art. After graduation he explored various vocations including the creation of a graphic design company that he and a partner continue to operate. He has received national recognition for some of his design work and several awards.
His work includes the websites for Eternal Memories and Acacia Park Cemetery. Rick is currently engaged and is planning a May 2012 wedding.
Andrew Canfield
Community Relations Director: Letum Inc.
Andrew Canfield graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2010 with a degree in Advertising. He is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana, moving away only briefly to attend college. He will assist in coordinating events and communication within the community to foster a positive relationship with the public. Andrew worked for a fitness products company before joining us, and he looks forward to assisting in our outreach to the community.

Corey Adkins
Funeral Director/Manager: Heritage and Killeen Funeral Homes
Corey Adkins was born and raised in west texas. He graduated from Dallas Institute of Funeral service and has been licensed for 17 years. He has worked with various funeral homes within the state and is a third generation funeral director in his family. Corey is married to his wife Jana and together they have five children. They now reside in Killeen, Texas.
Michelle Bingaman
Senior Accountant: Letum Inc.
Michelle is the Sr. Accountant of the Letum Inc. companies, having originally joined us in May 2007 and re-joining in August 2010. She is responsible for financial functions of the Company.
Michelle graduated from Upper Dauphin Area High School in 1989 and Schuylkill Business Institute in 1996, with an Associate Degree in Accounting. Returned to school to receive a Bachelors degree from Devry University Online in 2008. She has over 15 years of experience in the accounting field.
Michelle has a husband Gary and a son Gary. She enjoys going to shows with their Aultman & Taylor Steam Traction Engine and riding motorcycle.
Michelle Cusick
Office Manager: Bradford County and Rest Haven Cemeteries
Michelle is the office manager of Rest Haven Memorial Park and Bradford County Memorial Park. She has been married for 10 years and lives in McElhattan with her two dogs. She grew up in Woolrich, in a family that has been in the death care industry for four generations.
She has worked as the office manager at Rest Haven since August 2004. What she likes most about her job is getting to know the families we've served. Michelle gets great satisfaction knowing that we are helping people through such a difficult time in their lives. Not only does she have a business relationship with them, but she has gained personal friendships that go beyond the office.
Allen Dave
Funeral Director: Heritage Funeral Home & Killeen Funeral Home
National Board Certified Funeral Director and Texas Life Insurance Agent, Allen L. Dave, Jr. graduated from the Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Services in 2003 with high honors and received Todd W. Van Beck President's Award in Funeral Service Management and the Most Impressive Performance Student Award.
Allen completed the educational programs of International Cemetery Cremation Funeral Association at the Fogelman School of Business at the University of Memphis. In 2003, College of Sales & Marketing, 2004 College of Funeral Home Management, 2005 College of Cremation Services, and 2006 College of Cemetery Administration and Management. Allen graduated as class valedictorian in 2006 and completed the master's program in 2007 and became a Certified Crematory Administrator and Certified Crematory Counselor. In addition, he attended the College of 21st Century Services, In-Sight Institute Funeral Celebrant Training and became a professor at ICCFA University at The University of Memphis in 2008. After graduating, he returned and completed the College of Cemetery & Land Management in 2009 and the ICCFA University CEO program in 2010.
He is one of few funeral directors in the nation who completed this level of funeral management education. Therefore, he strongly believes he is of value to the consumers of Texas and the death care industry. He promises to conduct business at the highest level of professional standards.
He and his wife Micca have three children, Barrington, Jasmine, and Alexandria.
Henry Dellaquila
Advance Planning Manager: Acacia Park Cemetery
Hank joins Acacia Park Cemetery after 25 years in the financial industry. He is a graduate of Lock Haven University and a member of Phi Mu Delta Fraternity.
Born and raised in Pennsylvania he has been a resident of Buffalo since graduation from college. He has a son in Boston and a daughter working in New York City.
Jamie Devine
Director of Family Services: Bradford County Memorial Park
Jamie grew up in the quiet town of Towanda, Pennsylvania. There he worked for one of the largest companies word wide, Osram Sylvania Lighting & Metallurgical, formally GE Lighting. Spending 12 years as Supervisor to the Gold Wire Plating process.
In 2006 he suffered the passing of several close family members and experienced the funeral & cemetery process. He explored the business and soon found out that his true passion was to help people through this process. Jamie joined Letum in the late part of 2006. Eventually he became Manager at Bradford County Memorial Park. In 2008 he was presented the opportunity to also manage Rest Haven Memorial Park, which he accepted. Jamie found both places were a rewarding and challenging experiences.
In 2009 the opportunity arose for Jamie to manage one of our company's largest parks Forest Park West in Shreveport, Lousiana. On August 1, 2009 he and his family moved from Pennsylvania to Louisanna. After several years in Louisiana, they decided to move back to Pennsylvania and in January of 2012 Jamie returned to Bradford County Memorial Park.
Sammy Duch
Office Manager: Killeen Memorial Park and Temple Garden of Memories
Sammy Duch is the Office Manager for the Killeen Memorial Park and the Temple Garden of Memories offices. She is married to her husband Juan and has a 3 yr old son named Sean. They just recently moved to Killeen, TX from Columbus, Ga. She isoriginally from California, but Juan was born in Fort Worth, Texas so he is happy to be back. Sammy graduated from Oakland High School and is currently taking on-line classes at Vincennes University to finish up her degree in Healthcare Management.
In Sammy's 17 years of working, she's had the pleasure of Learning the Baking and Operations side of the Dolly Madison Bakery. Before that, she had the honors of being part of The Development and Construction team for the Beautiful Rocketts Landing Village in Richmond, VA. Sammy has also had the chance to be part of the Sales and Customer Service with the Furniture Manufacturing business in Oakland, CA. She started working at the age of 14 so she's had a variety of jobs. She is a hard worker and does her best in everything she sets her mind to.
Rachel Dwyer
Funeral Director: Forest Park Funeral Home
Rachel Dwyer is a Funeral Director at Forest Park Funeral Home in Shreveport, LA. She grew up in a small town in central Pennsylvania, before attending Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. While at Saint Vincent's she also minored in History and Religious Studies. She continued her education at the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science where she was elected as her Class Representative. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and head of her class in September 2009. Rachel was the recipient of the Joseph D Moon Education Grant and was given the Mu Sigma Alpha Award from the National Association of Colleges of Mortuary Science and was inducted into their National Honor Society.
After accepting a position with Forest Park, Rachel moved to Shreveport in late 2010. She is enjoying her new city and is looking forward to helping her clients honor the lives of their loved ones.
James Goodman
Family Service Director: Forest Park Cemetery-West
Jim is a 29 year veteran of the cemetery and funeral industry, and has managed 23 properties with over 100 employees. In his career he has been employed by a variety of publicly traded cemetery firms and has served as a member of the Georgia Cemetery Association Board of Directors.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Jim served in the United States Air Force and attained the rank of Major.
He and his wife Diane, and their 2 Yorkies, enjoy a career in the cemetery and funeral industry.
Kathleen Guillemette
Office Manager: Heritage Funeral Home
Kathleen has lived in Central Texas for over twenty years, she have a strong background in office management, but is am brand new to the funeral industry. Her first day was March 14,2011. She is excited about this opportunity and was very impressed with the employees she has met. She feels everyone has been very helpful, kind, and friendly.
Kathleen has three children (Sarah who is in graduate school at Columbia University, Heather who is a graduate of Oregon Culinary Institute, Aaron an International Baccalaureate student at Temple High School), and a stepson Nick who is a law student at the University of Houston. She resides in Morgan's Point Resort TX which gives her and her husband ample opportunity to enjoy fishing.

Dawn Jansen
Office Manager: West Hills Memorial Park
Dawn is the Office Manger of West Hills Memorial Park & a life-long resident of Yakima. She has been a member of the Letum, Inc. family since Oct. 2003. She has 29 yrs. experience entering the industry in Jan. 1982 as a weekend receptionist for two local funeral homes. In June 1983 she was invited to join West Hills advancing from Office Co-ordinator to Central Accounting Dept. Clerk. In July 1990 she received her promotion to become the Office Manager.
While working, Dawn was able to graduate from Yakima Valley Community College with an A.A.Degree emphasizing business & accounting and later received a Full Charge Bookkeeping Certificate.
A position that was originally intended to provide stepping stone experience has turned into a worthwhile, challenging and very satisfying career of caring for others during their time of need. In her off-time, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family & two pups; women's league bowling; golfing; a good book; and, of course, the Seattle Mariners & Seahawks.
Lorrie Johnson
Director of Family Services: West Hills Memorial Park
Lorrie has been in the Death Care industry for 18 years.Her background includes, Director Washington DC Eye Bank, Director Miss America Preliminaries, Asst. Director Ft. Lincoln Cemetery-MD, Owner, LJ Careers. Personal: Divorced, 2 children, 5 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, Member: Women's Century Club, Red Hat Club, MD Fire Aux 30 years, Chaplain American Legion, MD American Legion Aux. 20 years.

Regina LeBlanc
Office Manager: Forest Park Cemetery-West
Originally hired in August of 2009 as an Administrative Assistant and rejoined us in April of 2011.
A Shreveport native, Regina enjoys spending time with friends and family. She has horses and is an avid barrel racer. She has a teenage daughter that plays varsity volleyball and tennis. Regina is very active at Open Range Fellowship which is better known as 'Cowboy Church'.
Cheryl Maddux
Office Manager: Lakeland Hills Memorial Park
Cheryl Maddux is the Office Manager at Lakeland Hills Memorial Park in the Beautiful Texas Hill Country. New to the industry, she brings in excess of 30 years sales and management to the company.
Cheryl and her husband Roy have been married 37 years. They have enjoyed living around the world in her capacity as manager with the Army & Air Force Exchange Service, raising two great children along the way. Living in such exciting places as Spain, Greece, Germany and Okinawa gives her a broad knowledge of diverse cultures which she incorporates into her current position.
A native Texan, Cheryl retired from her fast-paced position as General Manager and returned to her roots, joining our team in May 2009.
Keri Nichols
Office Manager: Forest Park Funeral Home
Keri Nichols is the office manager for Forest Park Funeral Home. She worked as vice-president of her family business until its dissolution in 2003. Keri then moved into property management where she spent the next five years. Not quite content in her career choice, she opted to come home to Forest Park Funeral Home in July of 2008.
Having experienced great loss of her own, Keri feels that she is able to utilize her compassion as well as offer comfort to families at their time of need. "I just know that I am right where I need to be".
David Oatis
Funeral Director Intern: Heritage Funeral Home
David was born in Houston and lived in the area most of my life. Mostly in the Woodlands area. He has 25 years experience in customer service, and truly loves helping people. He has worked as a family service counselor at a cemetery and funeral home in The Woodlands for 14 months. That experience was the spring board to his enrolling at Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service. A member of the National Funeral Service Honor Society, he recently finished school and was working in Houston and learned about the position in Harker Heights at Heritage Funeral Home.
After researching the area and coming for a visit, DavidI applied, interviewed and eventually accepted the position here. He really likes his new home here in the hill country and looks forward to serving our family's.
David is not married and has no children. Hobbies include photography, hiking, camping and traveling.
Renee Raven
Sr. Accounting Clerk: Letum Inc.
As the Senior Accounting Clerk, Renee is responsible for payroll, journal entries, petty cash and accounts payable.
Renee attended Abilene Christian University and is now working on an Accounting Degree at Harrisburg Area Coummunity College where she is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Renee has over 20 years of experience in the Accounting field.
Renee has two children, Drew and Kareese and a wonderful Golden Retriever named Lexi.
Jason R. Schmitt
General/Sales Manager: Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens

Jason has been in the Sales and Marketing Industry for five years. He is a 2005 graduate of York Technical Institute with a specialized degree in Marketing and Sales. He has been with the company since May 2008 and has been the General / Sales Manager at Laurel Hill since October 2008.
Jason and his wife Tabitha are newlyweds as of September 5, 2009. Jason feels that his background in sales coupled with his caring and compassion to put others needs ahead of his own, are what make this industry a perfect fit for him and Letum, Inc a wonderful company to work for. Jason looks forward to many years with Letum, Inc.

Selena Shanks
Office Manager: Forest Park Cemetery-East

Selena was born and raised in West Monroe, Louisiana and enjoys returning there as much as possible to visit with her family. She has lived in the Shreveport area for eight years and counting.
She has a wonderful husband and two amazing children, ages two and four. They keep her both busy and entertained. Besides her family, Selena's time is often spent at work, church, or shopping.
Selena began her career at Forest Park Cemetery in the Family Service Department, but when the opportunity arose to take on the task of Office Manager she decided to make the switch. She finds the position challenging and enjoyable.
A.G."Al" Simms, Jr.
Manager/Funeral Director/Embalmer: Forest Park Funeral Home
Al is no stranger to the Shreveport area, having moved to Shreveport in 1957 with his parents. He completed High School here and reported for active duty with the US Army Reserve three days after graduation. After completion of his active duty, and while attending classes at Northwestern State University, he had his first experience in the funeral industry. This introduction was enough to peak his interest. He subsequently enrolled at the Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science-Gupton Jones in Dallas, TX. While in mortuary school he met his wife, Lyn, and they married shortly after graduation. Al completed his apprenticeship and received his Louisiana license as an Embalmer/Funeral Director in 1968.
In August, 2010, Al was called to join the Forest Park Funeral Home family to continue to serve families as they celebrate the lives of their loved ones. He has been active in several local and state organizations and currently serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Louisiana Funeral Directors Association-North Division. Al is also very active in his church home at Broadmoor Baptist Church.
Al will be honored to assist you with your funeral needs and help you plan the celebration you choose for your loved one.
Jeff Sultemeier
Cemetery Manager: Lakeland Hills Memorial Park
Jeff has been in the Cemetery and Funeral industry for the past nine years after leaving a successful career with an industry leading company, constantly training and learning about customer and employee service.
With twenty years experience in sales and marketing he came into this industry as director of sales in the Killeen- Temple Texas area. After five years he accepted the position at our Burnet Texas location and has enjoyed it in every sense.
He believes that the people in Central Texas are the greatest, and feels privileged to help them through the hard times.
Motto:" No one should be compelled to make final arrangements for a loved one, uninformed and unprepared."
Jeff has been happily married to his beautiful wife Jeni for over twenty years and has two great kids, Alyssa and Chaz
Pamela Tojek
Office Manager: Acacia Park Cemetery
Although Pam is a native Hoosier, she loves her adopted state of New York, where she has lived for 19 years. She has an Elementary Education degree from Ball State University and a Masters Degree in Literacy from Medaille College. Before coming to Acacia Park Cemetery, she served as the Marketing Director for 15 years for a local credit union.
She has two children and a beagle who keep her very busy. She has been at Acacia Park Cemetery since October 2009 and enjoys helping families in their time of need.
Richard Winter
Director of Family Services: Forest Park Cemetery-Forest Park Cemetery West
Graduated in 2010 from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Political Science, and currently finishing Graduate Studies at Lock Haven for a degree in Student Affairs emphasizing on diversity and interpersonal communications.
Originally from Cogan Station, Pennsylvania, Richard entered the cemetery industry as an intern, advancing to location management before being promoted to his current position.
Patricia Young
Director of Family Services: Acacia Park Cemetery
Patty came to Acacia seven years ago after 20 years as a registered nurse at the Buffalo Veterans Hospital in the intensive care unit and 20 years as a real estate broker. Intensive care units and graveside services stir the soul and she found her match at Acacia.
As Director of Family Services she assures that daily services go as planned and oversees the family service departments of both at-need and pre-need counselors.
